Amazing tenancy
Such a great firm. Totally worth the money and house always repaired as needed if anything went wrong (not a lot did). If you pay on time and hold up to being good tenants they are the best agents in the area.

Avoid at all costs.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. They used to be under the name of Grosvenor Properties, but they had to re-brand after creating such a bad name for themselves in Brighton. They prey on students who have no experience in renting, taking full advantage of them. They honestly made our first year and experience of renting, hell. It has been a few years since we rented from them, but I am determined to spread awareness about this predatory and dishonest company. I have a document of statements and experiences from over 15 other houses who experienced the same discrimination, neglect, abuse and bullying from these people.
