Fully equipped van carrying a wide range of parts. If we don't have the part needed we will go to the nearest plumbers merchant and collect at no extra cost. (Some companies charge extra for this)

Fixed prices - If a job takes longer, you will not be charged any more than agreed without your consent. In most cases we will aim to provide an instant quote over the phone.

Payment preferred is credit/debit card or cash - All major credit and debit cards are accepted using a chip and pin payment device (exactly like you use in the shops!).

For bigger jobs a deposit may be required prior to work commencing. (Usually this will be the cost of the parts/materials)

12 month guarantee against any faulty workmanship. (Please ask for details on manufacturer warranty provided)
