Terrible
The website is misleading, 20 years experience, customer focused, blah blah. I am not sure what that experience is in, hair? cant be! Time keeping was terrible, no apology, asked me what peroxide to use when mixing my colour, made me nervous, like I should know! It's her job... I should have stopped her then but didn't. I now have zebra stripes and roots, uneven weaves.. i had roots before, thought I was getting rid of them... the weaves are so far from the root they have their own postcode! AND when I tried to contact her the next day she couldn't be bothered to get back to me. Hence the review... What a huge disappointment.
