Clarke Property Services is an exciting new company based on the combined experience of fully-qualified professionals.
Owner, Colin Clarke, is an experienced gas engineer who, during his past seven years of trading, has seen demand increase among homeowners and landlords for a complete range of domestic services both inside and outside properties.
With this in mind, he has assembled a dedicated team of tradesmen who are able to spring into action for any emergency or property requirement. Customer care is paramount and Colin looks forward to developing his business based on trust, efficiency and reliability.

Both my wife and I have no hesitation in utilising his services again!
We had decorators in this week, putting in a new bathroom. Last Friday, they took the water system down so that they could install radiators. When they were ready to leave on Friday evening the boiler would not come fire up, they spend an hour trying to resolve the problem and by 9 pm that evening the boiler still was not working, our house was like a fridge and my we were very concerned about our 2 children having to be in a freezing cold house for the weekend.I decided to phone Colin for some advice on that matter, and he advised me what needed to be done, so I informed him that asking me to make adjustments to the system was like asking Colin to prepare some accounts! Colin then said that he was in the area and he would come over to us, he came to the house at 11 pm that evening to find my wife huddled over the gas stove, wrapped in a cardigan trying to get warm. Colin immediately went to work to sort out the problem, he carried out his investigations and resolved the problem by clearing the system of air and got the boiler working within an incredibly short space of time, by midnight our house was lovely and warm again and I had a very happy wife! Colin works in a highly professional manner, he is polite, respectful not only to myself and my wife but also to our home, he works in a very tidy and organized was which as a result left absolutely no mess afterwards to clear up. Colin's personal touch is an added bonus and both myself and my wife have no hesitation in utilising his services again and definitely recommend him to our family, friends, and business contacts. "I have used Colin's Connections in the past to carry out plumbing and heating work so I already had a good opinion of the standard of workmanship I can expect from Colin. On this occasion I needed him to make contact with residents at two separate locations, book a convenient date and time with each and carry out Landlord gas safety checks. Colin did this with no fuss. The tenants are happy with the way they were communicated with and with the knowledge that their heating system has been checked out before the worst of the winter weather begins. I am happy because he has also helped me comply with legal requirements for another year at a reasonable cost. I will use Colin's Connections again and will recommend him to others. "

My evaluation of Colin's Connection Plumbing call out to my boiler problems - Colin was prompt to view the problem the next day discovering one problem and taking care of it however there appeared two more additional problems and he continued the following days until it was resolved and now all is well. It was good to know the parts came with guarantee and also workmanship which gives peace of mind - a happy customer! Thank you.

His workmanship gives me a peace of mind!
We had a problem at home with our heating system. We needed somebody to come around and have a look at it quite quickly. So I rang up Colin from Clarke Property Services Ltd. and he came around very shortly there afterwards. He dealt with my wife in an efficient manner. He got the repair done and he charged a reasonable rate for doing it and we were very happy with the service provided and would recommend him.

Colin from Clarke's Property completed some plumbing work for me some minor bits and pieces but also installed a brand new shower system into my home. It was very good and very efficient, very well-priced as well. Good quality work. Would I recommend him? Absolutely! Was there in time. Did what he said what he was going to do. Got on very well with my Family which is a bonus. So Yeah, certainly I would recommend Colin for Plumbing work to anybody that feels they need that type of work.

"After having a faulty boiler for about a year and having 3 plumbers take a look and unable to resolve the problem, I asked Colin from Colin’s Collections to take a look. Colin suggested it would be best to change the boiler and I agreed to go ahead. Collin’s work was fantastic, staying till the end to make sure it was done even though he had a prior engagement, and even the tenants were impressed with his service, politeness, and cleanliness. Next time I have a boiler or heating problem, I will definitely use Colin again. "

Colin from Clarke's Property completed some plumbing work for me some minor bits and pieces but also installed a brand new shower system into my home.
