As a Landlord i have to say, the service i have received from Clarke Simmons has been very good. No landlord fees to pay and no other silly charges to pay, they also gave me regular feedback on prospective tenants. I highly recommend this agent.

Excellent service received
I have recently used Clarke Simmons real estate & property management, although a new company in Coventry they sure know how to do things. All i can say that im very pleased and they are not your typical agent, i paid no landlord fees at all or admin charges. Ive been with agents before and they have ripped me off silly, i dealt with Khan who was very helpful and the advice and service given by him was excellent, i have recommended them to all my contacts. I have a feeling this company will go somewhere as they do things the way they are supposed to be done, keep up the good work Clarke Simmons
