Shoddy support! with "Get Lost!" attitude. They wouldn't leave any manuals or supporting documents. There is too much small print with them. They want to hook you in and squeeze from you every time, if you don't take their annual maintenance. Even for simple menu problem which could be solved over phone, they will want a call out and charge you. BT engineer found out a fault with their alarm installation that was causing my broadband to fail intermittently (He could correct it only if Classic alarm tell me how to disable option from menu), I called them and rather than accepting or understanding their attitude was pay or don't call "We don't run help lines" Their strategy is to keep you in dark and try to get money every time you ask question.
