Our team of five Property Managers commit themselves to scouring the West Country for just the right holiday homes, in wonderful locations, with Owners whose warmth of welcome matches the care and attention they dedicate to presenting their properties. It is all about finding property Owners who share our philosophy about how a holiday home should be.
It is an enormously satisfying job, but it also requires painstaking attention to detail to make sure that you can rely on all the information we offer down to the last snippet about logs for the open fire. The only surprise we want you to have is the 'Wow' when you arrive.

Once a client has booked a holiday with us for the first time, we must ensure that we keep their loyalty. That trust is not easily earned, it is gradually built up by sending them home after each visit, not just satisfied, but delighted. It does require a little extra investment and effort, but it pays dividends in the long term since more than half our bookings are from previous clients.
The essential ingredient in achieving that high level of trust is to provide a high standard of accommodation. A modern bathroom and kitchen are essential, whatever the age of the property. Good quality furnishings are a must. It is a false economy to buy items which look attractive but whose life span is limited. You will also find that a well presented property will be better appreciated and respected by your guests. As ever, it is attention to detail that makes the difference. Carefully co-ordinated colour schemes, pictures, ornaments, potted plants and crisp, cotton bedding all help to create that 'home-from-home' feeling that our guests are seeking.
Every point of contact is important from the first enquiry to the arrival at the property. A warm welcome is crucial, so we ask all our Owners to provide fresh flowers and a tea tray to greet their guests. Many add a home-made cake, a cream tea or a bottle of wine. These little, personal touches make the difference between a satisfied customer and a delighted one. At this initial visit we will give you a full and frank assessment of the suitability of your property for holidays, including any changes we would request before marketing the property. Then we will, of course, explain all the aspects of the service we offer in more detail. On the financial side, we will suggest an appropriate rent band for your property and give you an estimate of the likely annual income you could expect. Our Property Managers do not receive a commission for adding new properties to our portfolio so you can be assured that the advice is impartial. We will also be happy to advise on any other matters relating to the letting of your property including interior design, decor, furnishings, fitments - even the duties of your housekeeper should you need to employ one.
