Successful housekeepers have all been through a rigorous recruitment process, have carefully checked employment history and references, as well as being interviewed in their own home at great length to ensure they have the right professional attitude.

Successful team members are also DBS checked, have completed a 3 month trial assessment period and have in-depth training in areas such as health and safety, using products and equipment safely and correctly, time management and prioritisation, and attention to detail before they begin working unsupervised.
