Persian Rugs
I called them in and wanted to remove my cat stains from all the Persian rugs. I spoke to a very nice man over the phone with the name of Larry! Not only did he provide excellent service with integrity for our carpets and it looks completely brand new, he was also very punctual.

Hard To Reach Nooks

Deep Clean
The deep cleaning was great- they just did what they needed to do after my mom left while I kept an eye on the place. They didn't ask me one question! Just how I like it because I don't really have any answers.... The place was immaculate after they left.

Stain removal
The cleaner showed up a few minutes early, was very professional and efficient. Instead of trying to sell a more expensive treatment, he even suggested I might want to use the cheaper level!

Awesome service
If you tell your cleaners what exactly needs cleaning, they will be super responsive and communicative about whether it's doable or not in the amount of time needed to set expectations. I communicated what areas were a priority and got home to a spotless place. It was awesome.

Deep Cleaning
I even had my sheets changed, which was a nice surprise. My floors have never been this clean and the lady cleaned my oven out (which means my fire alarm doesn't go off anymore!).

Cleaning the rugs
When I saw the truck outside my building one day I remembered that a neighbor had posted a note asking if any other tenants were interested. I had just forgotten ... I figured it was a chance to at least have some friends who I knew confirm all the great reviews I'd seen here. They did. So then I had to try this company for myself and am pleased to report that I have equally glowing feedback. For starters, when I called to make the appointment the woman on the phone could not have been nicer - even when I had to cancel my first appointment at the last minute. I could almost hear the smile in her voice as she said that it was okay and offered me several options for rescheduling. Then they came to clean my rug ... and here's where the story gets even better. The plan had been for them to clean the rug in my apartment (they offer a portable cleaning option for rugs as well as taking away to their cleaning plant). After some consideration, he told me that the cost for cleaning it in my apartment versus taking it to the plant was exactly the same, and that by going to the plant it would actually get an even deeper cleaning (there's only so much a portable machine can do, after all!).

Carpet and upholstery cleaning
We had the carpet of a one bedroom apartment cleaned as well as a couch. This company responsive our quote, showed up on time and go the job done as promised. Great workers and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them.

Carpet cleaning
I had a tenant who was running behind on moving out, which meant that this company was not able to start cleaning the carpets at the agreed time. Without hesitation, they called their next clients and were able to change their times, meaning they could come back later that day. This was on the Friday of a long weekend and the traffic was terrible, but it was no problem to them. They offer a great cleaning service and the customer service is second to none.

Post renovation cleaning and general cleaning
I recently used this company's cleaning services for the second time following a small renovation. It was the best money I've spent in a long time! I used this company to clean the layers of dust that had been piling up on the pipes and ceiling fan in my loft.
