Very Poor Service

I would not recommend this company at all. The cleaner was rude, abrupt, late and always on her phone. You have to pay them 3 months in advance. Should the cleaner or yourselves go on holiday, be sick or cancel a shift you are not reimbursed this money. Meaning that we resulted in paying a much higher hourly rate. If you are unhappy with the service or cleaner you are bound by terms and conditions to continue with the company for an additional 1 months notice. We didn’t even have a cleaner for the last month as we actually preferred to loose a months money than endure another one of their cleaners. We lost a months pay and it took 3 months following the cancellation date for them to refund the other 2 months we had paid for. When you can find your own cleaner quite easily and ensure that they are suitable for you it seems very silly now that we paid this company for poor service we feel we received.
