The domestic cleaning service was developed with flexibility and practicality in mind. Cleaning Services Shepperton gives its customers the option of one-off domestic cleaning appointments or regular cleaning that can be performed on a daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis depending on customer requirements.

Window Cleaning
I'll hire them again every time. Nice to work with businesses in my neighbourhood. Will probably have them back a few times during the year for the big windows I can't clean safely myself, because it makes a real difference to our biggest spaces.

Detail Cleaning
On short notice they came out on a Saturday and spent the entire day detail cleaning the entire 4500 sq/ft home. We were so happy with the service and pleasant attitude of these cleaners.

Deep cleaning
They needed 2 more hours than the 10 hours initially agreed but we know there were areas (stove, fridge, shower, baseboards , glass doors and table top) that needed a more detailed cleaning so we agreed with that. We are very satisfied and will certaily contrat them for regular cleanings. Thanks

Deep clean
Three people arrived quite promptly, actually about 10 min early which I have no problem with; I prefer early than late. They did an outstanding job, with a lot of little extras.

Cleaning
We actually leave the cleaning lady our keys to clean our apartment when we're not home. We have a terribly problem with mold in the grouting of our shower. Other cleaning people have never been able to get it out, but she has never had a problem. She does things we don't even ask her to do. She organized all of the shopping bags in our closet last week.

The cleaner was an absolute pleasure to work with! He came to our house to give us an estimate for the work and was very helpful in giving us details on what we could do to lengthen the life of our rug which in turn meant us not cleaning it right away... saving us money.

Cleaning Home
You might be lucky the first time around and love who they send you, but speak up if you need to make a change for whatever reason. Also, it helps to be very specific about your cleaning needs (no bleach, "green" products only, focus on this part of the house, etc.) If your attitude is, "Oh, I shouldn't be so picky because I really should be cleaning my own house, so I'll let this and this slide", then you won't be happy in the long run. They *want* to make things right and they usually do. I think the hourly charge is fair.
