A Job Well Done!
First off, I was very impressed with the speedy response I received through email. After a few back and forth emailing with the time and date, we finally managed to settle on a weekend (which is pretty much the best option for me). The two girls arrived right on time at 8:00 am Saturday morning. They had everything with them and I gave them a quick overview of what I wanted done.

Cleaning Service
I found the manager to be very professional especially compared to our previous service. She called the day before our scheduled appointment to confirm the time. When she came to my house, she went into each room to assess the cleaning that the previous company had done as well as discussing with us our needs, and why weren't pleased with our previous service. Her initial estimate for our first cleaning entailed having 3 people clean the house to do a thorough cleaning before our biweekly service would begin. After her team had come to do the first cleaning, she followed up with me via email to make sure I was pleased with the service. It was such a pleasure coming home to a clean house.

sofa cleaning
I have 2 sofas that were about 2 yrs old, but had become stained with crayons, ink, juice and everything else a child could play with! I found this company who gave me a reasonably price for a job well done!.

Deep Cleaning
The cleaning lady scrubbed and cleaned everything - oven, fridge, inside of cabinets, closets, walls, floors, bathroom, etc. I was so impressed with their service that I wanted to use them again.

Cleaning Carpets
I got a good tip when I was looking for a carpet cleaning service: Find one that is owner operated, because they will give you top service and results to ensure repeat business. I phoned this company and it was the owner, who answered my call and all questions. It was he who cleaned my carpets. It was he who put his years of experience to work for me on detecting and eliminating or reducing stains to the point that I couldn't find them.

Old carpet got cleaned
My Tax office is over five years old and the carpet is well worn and was in great need of some high quality cleaning. This company was recommended to me, I was totally and completely amazed at the end results.
