Poor customer service

My initial impression of this company was excellent. Their staff were prompt, courteous and hard working. Their work was always to a high standard. After about 9 months ths standards tailed off and I rang to see if the same staff were cleaning for me as I no longer got a receipt with the cleaners names on. The manager, who I believe was also the owner, told me he had no record of me and reading between the lines of the story he gave me an ex-employee of theirs had removed me and others from Cleaning Masters books and had been sending staff round to clean but pocketing the money themselves. Alarming on several levels but to cut a long story short he assured me he would send the same original two cleaners in future and I could contact him directly if I was not happy. The first week I was delighted. Everything was as it had been with the highest standards. The second visit not only were standards not as good but, insult to injury, they had increased the charges. I rang to speak to the owner/manager who was 'unavailable' and never returned my call. I was advised by the person who answered my call that I could just 'cancel the ccontract' if I wasn't happy. No apologies or attempt at sorting the problem for a loyal customer who frankly could have involved the police at the original problem. Very poor customer service.
