We did most of the work

Unfortunately, we didn't have a great experience. We found one of the organisers very rude and unhelpful. The hotels suggested were terrible, so we ended up suggesting a number of them instead. If we wanted to make any change to the event, they seemed to kick up a bit of a fuss and it seemed to be too much of a hassle for them. In the end, the group decided to call venues ourselves to make re-arrangements, to avoid conflict and feeling like we were putting them out. Sorry to say that I can't think of one good thing to review. Directions were sloppy and we ended up doing our own research. We also think we could have arranged a cheaper rate if we did it ourselves. Had we had a friendly service, with someone who was eager to help and happy to answer questions, then perhaps the review would have been better. Unfortunately it was a constant battle and really not worth the hassle. We've learnt our lesson however, and know to do it ourselves next time.
