Poor quality repair
Click Mechanic is certainly an easy-to-use service, but in my case this turned out to be just an easy way of throwing money away. The mechanic did a bad job of the repair, causing significant damage, which was later discovered at another garage. Because by this point, a third party had touched the engine, the dispute resolution process didn't go anywhere. I'm sure they have some good mechanics, but it seems to be a bit of a gamble, because you might get someone like I did. Just spend the extra time and money to take it to a garage. Avoid Click Mechanic, you won't regret it.
