Avoid
Paid these people for a car part advertised and sold online. Was told to pay money direct into their account and part would be sent same day. 3 weeks later and no part still. Have been told a succession of lies about item being sent by courier, lost by courier, returned by courier, that it would be sent out 3 separate occasions. Days that I have been promised it would be sent come and go and still nothing arrives. Eventually I gave up and asked for a refund. No refund given. Have been sworn at in messages. All I wanted was what I paid for or my money back. I have been unsuccessful in getting either. It has now had to progress to the small claims court in order for me to hopefully get back what I originally paid them. To do this I have had to spend yet more money submitting the claim and using online services to find address etc of the person that took my money. I have bought car parts online for many many years and encountered problems occasionally, but never to this level. They are unashamedly disinterested in providing any form of service once they have your money. Based upon my experiences, I would not recommended entrusting your money with this company.
