I agree with Maureen Woods. Only just started learning just over a month ago. He has cancelled 3 times, changed appointment once and turned up an hour early on another occasion. Nice enough manner but totally unreliable. Sorry Mr. Gilbert, but you're a joke.

Poor service
Unreliable, unprofessional and a generally inefficient instructor. Be prepared for many cancellations and moved bookings with this instructor as well as a very long and expensive wait to be able to take your practical test.
