At Clock Cars we have rage of Vehicles (i.e. Saloon, Estate, MPV, People Carrier, Executive Vehicles) to meet are our clients’ needs from Short and Long distance journeys to Airport Transfers, Courier services and Light Removals. Our rates are flat rates, therefor our client does not pay for charges in traffic. We specialise in Airport Transfers offering FREE 30 mints Waiting and Car Park Charges after landing.

Mercury Booking and Dispatching System
By investing in latest taxi dispatching system we have boosted the efficiency of our operation. Computerised dispatch system allows the operator to enter passenger/ journey information efficiently into system and find the closest Vehicle to the pickup location.
PDA / Satellite Navigation
We use the latest wireless communication technology to ensure that our drivers can work quickly and efficiently with simple, easy-to-operate PDA devices, featuring screens they can read and buttons they can press giving them clear instructions for each job. Each one of our drivers is equipped with a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) which has built-in TomTom Satellite Navigation System, which will navigate them to their destination. The PDAs also include the latest Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional operating system. This is Microsoft’s most reliable mobile software to date and ensures greater stability.
GPS tracking software
Our GPS tracking technology gives us the highest level of live GPS tracking. GPS calculates where our drivers are to within 5 metre accuracy.
Text Message (SMS)
To make it more convenient we have introduced Text Messaging system, as soon as the vehicle arrives at pick up location system will send a text automatically to passenger notifying them, with the drivers name, Vehicles Make, Model, Colour and Registration.
