We went to Cloud4 for Hosted Exchange after our old exchange server failed last year and I've been really impressed with the level of service we get. If we have a problem it is so easy to speak to them and the support staff we speak to always know their stuff and are helpful. I would certainly be happy to recommend them to other businesses.
