I cannot thank you enough for the work which you have recently carried out for Blackpool Sign & Graphics. Your care and dedication has solved a problem which we have been dealing with on a daily basis for over 3 years. When we originally had our vinyl cutting equipment installed we were only running through one IMAC but since expanding and having multiple computers and users it has been impossible to all connect to the same device. this has meant a bottleneck with only one employee controlling all the vinyl cutting. Over the years we have employed numerous companies to try and solve our networking problems to no avail. The company who initially installed the equipment (a large well known company on the Fylde coast) were also unable to solve our problem and also billed us in excess of £200 for cables and boxes which were of no use. The work which you carried out was excellent. Not only did you do research on our behalf and even contact the manufacturer you also talked and advised us step by step solving our problems with ease. You even advised that the office lighting could be interupting the signal as the cables ran so close to the fluorescents so you clipped the cables out of site above the roof space. You turned up on time, you carried out the work with no fuss in a clean and tidy manner and your fee was very reasonable.
