Reviews
don't expect much of your deposit back
their application fee, holding fee, and deposit seems higher than other letting companies. they do not respond well to your maintenance requests. then when you check out, they charge you for cleaning fees even though you left the flat in better condition than when you moved in. they also make you pay for damages that were noted in the inventory report.
