This is the second Alien cctv DVR that I have purchased from this company. Again I have contacted by e-mail re a problem. While I am aware that System Q ( originators of Alien Products are adept at avoiding the sales of goods act ) it would appear that this practice has now spread to their retailers. AVOID THIS COMPANY . You will be lucky if your Alien product lasts to the 1yr warranty. CMAC and Alien are a match for each other.I have now had to pass the matter to Trading Standards and Visa.
