Absolutely terrible quality clothing and service

Went in there today to see if the quality and service had improved as it's very local to me. I bought a winter coat there last year for £250 which I so regret, as it has since fallen to pieces, I think I wores it only 10 times! The seams became undone and threads are hanging off, the sleeves became very wide around the wrist as the elastic just wasn't doing it's job. Overall just very poor quality clothing. Today, I thought I'd give it another chance...The service was terrible or should I say inexistant; two older women there who didn't even smile, say hello or ask if I needed help. They both just stared and said nothing! Very unwelcoming and poor service. Don't waste your money or time there, go to the proper boutique called Story at the other end of Cockfosters, much, much better quality clothing and excellent service there! To the owner: get rid of those women and hire fresh, energetic girls, who are happy to be there and work for you!
