Best Place to Shop in Wales
I cannot fault this store.5 stars isn't enough. I walked into 3 stores mid week and this store was the friendliest. I was turned away by 2 others. I guess making an appointment helps and i didn't have one. She had somebody in with her but told me to return in twenty minutes and she could give me a full service. I was pleased with this after rejection from two stores nearby. So on my return she took our jackets, offered tea and gave us tags to browse the dresses. It was lovely as she let us look at the dresses and discuss them without her watching us. I also have to mention all these dresses are beautiful and I can see why she chose each one. She has a dress for all tastes. Once finished tagging, we sat down in a private suite out the back of the store with tea and biscuits while she brought the tagged dresses to the changing room. She allowed us to enjoy the atmosphere of tea, soft music and to let us build the excitement of wedding dress shopping. She asked me what my favorite dress was to start with one I desperately wanted to try on. All these little touches made the experience amazing. Of course we tried on veils and head pieces as we went through the dresses and I narrowed my search down to one. The beauty of this backroom is the split lights to show an evening and day look in the dress. Oh how I didn't want to take it off but I know where my dress is now without having to shop anywhere else. She does in store offers also so if you know you want a certain dress this will work to your advantage if willing to buy within a two week period. Highly recommend this bridal store.
