agent dont give a toss
Me and my family rented a house from this company the house was in disrepair phoned countless times and was told that they were waiting on quotes etc this has went on for more than a month now they are quick enough to ask for rent but not carry out the repairs that was promised would be done. No repairs no rent. Please think carefully bout renting from coda they really don't give a toss about their tenants only the money.
