I am now on my third letter to Coldseal requesting them to return £30.00 which was paid via the salesman for 'Insurance for my Property' via the Consumer Protection Association. The reason is the order was cancelled. Two letters have been sent to the Beeston Office, who can be quite rude on the telephone and a letter has been sent to the Alfreton Office. In March a salesman visited with reference to a replacement bathroom window and front door, a specific design was required for the bathroom and the salesman promised this could be met. As soon as the Surveyor arrived, a week or so later, he stated that the design could not be met and advised us the order should be cancelled. This was done both by the surveyor and by letter from us. The Beeston office of Coldseal had stated over the telephone we would receive a refund, nothing appeared. After great difficulty in contacting the cancellation department in Alfreton I did eventually get through and they promised a refund, again nothing appeared. So now we are trying again directly to the Managing Director.

What a joke the national number is! I have tried, with no luck, to get hold of them.
