As a Royal Marine Commando with 22 years service, a 3 time National Champion at 50k and 100k ultra distance running, and with 9 years as a member of the Great Britain Cross Country Skiing and Biathlon teams, I have more personal experience of sports injuries and aches and pains than most!  Having graduated from the Active Health advance Sports Therapy Academy in Manchester, I am now a fully affiliated member of the Society of Sports Therapists and Federation of Holistic Therapists.
