Deducted an unfair amount from the deposit

I would give Colours Chair Covers a zero rating if it was possible. The only good thing about this company is that the chair covers and sashes were delivered on time. Unfortunately, the rest are negatives: They apparently "ran out" of certain coloured sashes that we wanted. So we had to change our order multiple times, and settle for less than ideal coloured sashes. The response from the team over the phone and email were ridiculously slow. They would tell you they are going to call back but never do. When we added a few more extra chair covers and sashes to the order, they took another large deposit from us. When we received the chair covers, many of them had holes on them. If you do go with this company, be sure to photograph these damages as they would later charge you for the damages supposedly done by you. They not not only charge £7 to replace each "damaged beyond repair" cover, but the fact that you received some damaged covers show that they REUSE them. So how is it fair if they can charge you for new covers when they continue to use the "damaged" ones? I'm sure the poor economic environment is hard on companies, but companies making money by scamming consumers is just atrocious.
