This company is the worst i have ever come across, i took my media player to them for a very simple mend when I eventually (about 8 weeks) got it back after numerous phone calls it came back in an unworkable condition and charged the earth to give it back to me like that , has i said earlier this is the worst company i have had the misfortune to have dealings with.
