I was forced to move my pension away from my existing provider (Friends Life) as they didn't offer a drawdown option. The adviser at Compare Drawdown explained all my retirement options and found me a suitable drawdown plan based on what level of risk I was. Everything was fully explained in plain english and all the adminstration was taken care of. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
