What makes an amazing facial?
With me it includes cleansing, exfoliation (including hot towels to open up pores), Massaging the face, neck and shoulders and, most importantly of all, i only use natural and organic products of the finest quality. Such as Essensa and Amega. (if you haven't heard of these, you really do need to try them).

Nutrition

Essentially, Nutrition is the provision of the necessary food to our cells as required to support life. However, it's entirely possible to prevent or relieve many common health problems, simply, by following a healthy diet and it's this aspect of Nutrition that I specialise in.

It may interest you to know that people can survive without food for two to eight weeks, depending on individual levels of stored body fat and muscle mass. However, if we go without water we'd be unlikely to survive beyond three or four days.

Hopi Ear Candles
