Landlord Services

As a managing agent as well as estate agents we can take all the hassle out of letting property privately. From all advertising / vetting of tenants and arrangement of agreements, through to rent collection, repairs & renewals.

Our sign up fee is very competitive, this is charged at £50 + VAT. Once we have advertised and let your property we charge a finders fee of 1 months rent including VAT for placing the tenant in your property. From this point we offer two options.
Full management of the letting.
Management by the landlord
Full management

In this case we will take all calls from the tenants and deal with any problems, complaints etc. We will receive and follow up if required the rent payments each month to ensure timely payment to you by us. We will send you a statement outlining all payments you will receive. For this service we charge 10% + VAT of the monthly rental amount of your property. If a problem arises that requires repair we will contact you and let you know the problem, from here you can either arrange repairs or for a small 10% administration fee we can arrange for the work to be done for you and charged to your account, we will send you copies of any invoices that are to be paid or deducted from you payments when we send you your statement.

Commercial Tenants

As a commercial tenant under the management of CPS you can feel sure your in safe hands. From the initial information and viewing stage we will provide you with all the assistance, advice and knowledge you will need to move into a newly business property.
If your chosen property is under our direct management, any problems, complaints etc are dealt with directly by us, from there we will make the necessary arrangements to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Whichever way you choose, we will receive your details here at CPS quickly and arrange a viewing for you. In the cases of clicking the sending an email, we will reply to you by email to acknowledge your interest and let you know the time of the viewing. Call now for further details.
