At Computer A&E we operate a membership scheme to educate the member regarding his computer equipment using a traffic light system to explain the diagnostic, with a view to remove the fear of everyday computer life. We intend to educate the member into looking after their computers, and teaching them how to easily back up data and maintain their systems bu regularly cleaning their computers, a common cause of most problems. The engineers have more than 15 years experience in the field, and are available to discuss the individuals computer requirements in a "layman's" vocabulary without the use of technical jargon.

Our entire team is committed to meeting the needs of its members and endeavours to build a reliable and trustworthy partnership with each member as an individual with individual needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
