Need help setting up your computer system, installing a new gadget or think your computer is feeling the test of time?

Technical Support:
We can install and configure software for you or your business and configure any hardware. Be it a new laptop, iPad, tablet, printer, scanner or gadget. Explodingcarrots can network your computers onto wireless broadband internet, set up shared folders and resource areas, or suggest the best means to get you online. MS Office, email accounts, web domain management, Windows Server and Apple Mac OSX.
Remote access can be set up for distance support via your internet connection.

PC Health Check:
Upgrade - If your computer is feeling lethargic, we can advise what steps to take to bring it up to speed. Could be a memory upgrade, more storage space or a full rebuild. Whatever it is we can help.

Spring Clean:
Pop-ups, slow response times and crashing programs could indicate the need for a "spring clean" to tidy up software and remove viruses, malware and spyware.

Do you wish that you could do more with your computer?
Want to be able to use your PC or iMac for internet, e-mail, word processing or spreadsheets? Would you like to make a video, presentation or photo slideshow for work or family?
Explodingcarrots will deliver one-to-one tutoring at your own level, taken at your speed.

Prices:
Private IT Support - NO FIX NO FEE but otherwise £20 an hour. A fixed price can be negotiated for some jobs that are not labour intensive, or if the work can be done off-site or remotely.
Private tutoring, Personal, KS3 and GCSE, is £25 an hour, usually one hour sessions.
Full Windows backup, re-installation and configuration: £80
Business support, including free follow-up troubleshooting phone calls from £30 an hour.
