Genuine, Trustworthy & Great Quality

I was recommended to contact Gary @ Concept by our decorator Carl Maddocks. As soon as Gary & Kev came to quote I knew they were the right guys. Genuine & warm and inspires confidence by level of detail they discussed and thought of. The quote was detailed and meticulous and that turned out to be exactly how these guys work. Not only did they deliver the extension I originally requested but I was so impressed I asked them to fit a new kitchen too. Where there were problems they found solutions (and believe me it was a challenge!) they liaised with neighbours etc to keep everyone on side. I could go on for hours but the final product is just superb ! They've been great to deal with an if anyone wanted to view the work or ask questions I'd gladly be available. Genuinely good guys and take such pride in their work and beer felt like they were rushing to get finished. My Labrador will certainly miss the play and fuss she got from every trade that visited !! Lol !
