I would like to kindly thank the confettie bridal staff for support in choosing my wedding gown. The service was excellent and the gown arrived in time. More also thank you for going the extra mile to ensure the bridemaids dresses arrive on time despite placing the order to late. I had such a wonderful day and the dress fitted perfectly everyone one was amazed with my gown. Big thank you to the team.

Lacking that personal touch
Confetti has a really good selection of dresses and some lovely staff, but I wouldn't particularly recommend it for a number of reasons. 1. It's too crowded, even when you've booked an appointment. This detracts from the whole experience and makes you feel like just another number. 2. They ordered the wrong size wedding dress for me - in the end I had to loose 1 1/2 stone to get into it which really added to the stress leading up to the day. 3. Some of the staff were rude - when one of my bridesmaids was trying on dresses she pulled out a size 22 saying that it was close to her size. She's a size 16 - no one wants to hear something like that and it really upset her. 4. When the bridesmaids dresses came in one was much to short for my bridesmaid (she's 5ft 8in). She was there when we chose the dress - someone could have told us that we'd need to order a longer length for her. 5. No one actually contacted me to tell me that the dresses had come in. I had to ring up only to be told that they'd already been there for a week. All in all, I was disappointed with the service I received. Choosing your wedding dress etc. is supposed to be special, but they really took the shine off it.
