First may I say a huge thank you... We are both very grateful and pleased with all of the hours you put into helping through the process. My respect for estate agents has increased significantly since I realised how tricky it is to deal with people with all sorts of conflicting needs and indecisions around moving. How you all cope with it all I don't know, but needless to say you do a fine job.

We just want to say how fabulous the team at Connells were at selling our property in St Albans. After two sales failing on the point of exchange, Doug and the lovely Sarah should in particular be praised for their extremely hard work in securing a third potential buyer and getting us through what can only be described as a very traumatic time in selling our property. They worked tirelessly and beyond what we would have expected of them to achieve the sale of our house. Five days after we had exchanged, the huge sink hole appeared 10 yards from our garage!!! Nevertheless, all ended up well for us in the event and we are now living in our new home which we absolutely love. So we would like to thoroughly recommend Doug, Sarah and all the team at Connells and we would go back to them if we decide to move again in the future.
