Stay away, they have no idea what they are doing!

I sent my IPod Touch for screen repair after reading such good reviews (not of which I now believe are genuine), initially the service seemed good. They picked up my IPod Touch by Fed Ex, they called to say I needed a new back screen too as the new glass they tried to put in would not fit properly, they said it was due to a minor dent in the top right corner. I agreed, the pod came back and looked fine. I then tried to use it a day or so later via the ear piece but the sound would not work! They agreed to pick it up and look into it! 6 weeks later and numerous calls chasing them, they inform me they can not repair it! When they got it there was no probelm with the earpiece. Now they are not returning calls or emails and still have my IPod that cost £330! Now seeking legal advice! STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
