This company is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to come in to contact with. They have taken my money and a few months later, I STILL dont have my CSCS card. Ive heard a million and one excuses and now they dont pick up my calls. The customer service department is a joke, full of kids who seem to fnd it funny to put down the phone while you are talking or leave you on hold ALL DAY. They make excuses when you ask to speak to a manager and ive heard 'the card is on the way' for around 2 and half months. I cant work because of them as I need my CSCS card, the promise 10 - 15 days but mine is well over due! Do not use them, go direct!!!
