Still awaiting fitter for boiler. I was told late morning today. I consider this to be afternoon now. I would like to know what is happening. I feel messed around frankly. I understand that you are using an independent fitting company (whom I have rang and had no response), however, as they represent the service you provide you must ensure that they are reliable. I was meant to have a boiler Thursday morning. I was rang to say the fitter would come early morning. Then I was rang to say he would be late morning. Then I was told he was ill and would not be coming even though an annual leave day was taken for it. I was then guaranteed Saturday by Adam. I was told early morning. Then rang to say late morning. Is this a joke? Anyway, the service has been terrible. I was told by the surveyor how excellent customer service is and the quality of the work done. As I have had no work done I cannot comment. I feel as though CB is making promises they cannot keep. Beware. By the way, no one will get back to us. Scam company.
