Established in 1996, and incorporated as a limited company in February 2002 we have grown to become one of Nottingham's most reputable service agents for whom many high street retailers turn to provide them with an efficient and reliable after sales service. With a team of 17 employees, Correct is a family run business with a strict policy to provide our customers with a service they find prompt, friendly and informative, competitive and above all reliable.
We are approved service agents for many of the world's leading manufacturers such as Sony, Hitachi, Panasonic and Toshiba. Our business has thrived for over 10 years, growing bigger and busier year-on-year. Unlike many of our competitors, Correct Services have not required the need for a great deal of advertising since much of our work is derived from recommendations by existing customers and by providing a 1st class after sales support for several high street retailers.

Installations starting from just £35 for basic TV or DVD delivery and installation within the Correct Service area to £150 typical for installation of a wall mounted 32" plasma TV. Just purchased a new television, hi-fi, DVD recorder or microwave oven?.. then why not let the experts help with setup, tuning, and cable connection. Interconnection between state of the art equipment is so very often confusing for people unfamiliar with the variety of different plugs and sockets. Understanding the terminology, such as SCART - DVI - HDMI - AV - PHONO ans Svideo is just half the battle. Achieving reliable working interconnections between items of equipment is the other half.

Specialist Services

We repair televisions, audio, DVDs, VCRs, and microwave ovens from a range of leading brand names. Correct Service have teamed up with Datarich Solutions to provide a Windows or Mac software design service for small to medium sized businesses. Bespoke database applications are created in-house using the widely acclaimed Omnis Studio. A Rapid Application Development RAD system from the Tiger Logic Corporation.

We will give you a 12 month Warranty on all repairs.

Having paid in full for a repair by Correct Service your product will receive our 12 month Extra Protection cover.
