Ridiculous Managerial skills vague on name spoke over my request that all though it was identified that #205 Costa had not given Deliveroo the full order at cosy of £24. First the Manager confirms they were resending the missing order and then twenty minutes later a member calls to say they were unable to contact Deliveroo rider so will have to apply for a refund when I telephoned back to speak to the manager whom gave a name of Leah or Tia very quiet on offering but extremely rude on approach she spoke over my needs that I am disabled and could not get out and a refund was not an option as I was feeling a hypo and needed the food to be delivered especially after paying delivery fee too part order was cold and missing items I gave the Manager the option between 11.39 and up to the time she confirmed they close 18:30 to rectify Costa mistake and the Manager gave a great floor show as other Customers were heard in the background that she threatened to cut my call off as she was very busy and that she repeated the option for I to claim a refund and as I repeated to make it clear that I needed the delivery not the money refund the Manager constantly spoke over my request and I said to her I am a Legal Advocate and I will complain on how her poor customer Liason skills have caused such upset and aggravation especially after confirming the order would be resent then twenty minutes later she got her colleague to telephone and confirm it was not coming and I again had to issue a refund Costa prices are not cheap and really need to reach high standards too meet Health & Hygiene Regulations part order received cold part order missing this should of been given priority assistance over and above the customers awaiting too place an order as that is what the Manager shouted down the telephone I reminded her the call was recorded and she repeated that back to me with I don't care if the call is recorded she has customers she needs too serve every penny Costa receives keeps your Franchise running so every Customer should be treated with care and attention and when you get it wrong you should go above and beyond to put your fault right not antagonise a customer like I was today at 11.39 5th February 2022 my telephone call logged at 11.39 on 07825872506 and the Manager did what she threatened to do and cut me off and put down the phone on me when all I was excepting the fault and error and I requested for her too continue to request Deliveroo to resend the order in the time frame of six and a half hours which the Manager refussed too do and said that she had tried to telephone Deliveroo four times and that was it she said her concern was to serve the customers awaiting I asked for the Managers name as she now confirmed she was not the Manager but the Assistant Manager so she lied in her own omission and used pet form language calling me by the name of lovely which I found patronising and her voice was condescending and did not try to resolve the complaint and bring a satisfactory resolution after she put down the phone I reported to Deliveroo the order was missing
