Rubbish dress maker

Having bought 3 bridesmaid dresses, 2 bridesmaids were left with severe bruising under the bust due to the bones in the bodice'. The 3rd was rediculous, she was told to buy a well fitting bra, did so and when she went back for a fitting the dress could not be done up, she was then told to go without her bra, the dress was made too short, in pulling the dress down to fit floor level it was too tight on her hips, the shop let it out and did not give the bridesmaid another fitting, on the wedding day it was found to have been let out too much and now the dress was continually falling down, the bridesmaid had to keep pulling it up to prevent an embarrassing moment, on asking for our money back for the one dress (£182) the shop owner said no as the dress had been worn.......What a stupid thing to say.
