Car and Commercial Vehicle Repairs in Coulsdon
Pipers Road
Cr52ar
Failed to spot/ignored a large list of serious issues when prepping a Used Approved Land Rover. Sold us a vehicle fit only for auction at full market price. Extremely unhelpful and threatened legal action when the issues were posted on a forum.

Could book car in for 3.5 weeks, took almost 2 weeks to replace bumper. Came to collect car without replacement vehicle (they had forgotten it) and on completion, couldn't switch cars back for further 2 days. Won't be using again.

Car went in for a minor repair as they are my insurer's 'recommended' repairer, wish i had found an alternative now. It was taking them ages, then while with them my car received major panel damage. They fixed it but I got little in the way of an apology, appalling customer service. Slow and utterly dishonest. Worst garage I have ever used, avoid at all costs.

My car was in Harwoods for Major repairs (£8,000) and I agree with Norman M. I specifically asked for my car to be recovered to Harwoods, as I thought I would get a premier service from a Land Rover Dealership. I was disappointed to find that I was offered a Vauxhall Corsa as a courtesy car. Upon enquiring on my cars progress I was made to feel like I was bothering the staff. Only one staff member, Hilda seemed to have customer service skills and knew the progress of my car. When I eventally collec ted my car it had the rear logo missing and was filthy inside and out. I was made to wait whilst a miserable man came out to clean the cloth interior of my car with a dirty damp cloth. He informed me that the spray paint had got inside of the car whilst being resprayed..,I felt as if it was my fault.....I was told that the logo was on order and I would be contacted to receieve a valet of my car and the replacement logo......I have been waiting three weeks and no calls from Harwoods......Shabby!!

A couple of months ago, my car was involved in minor accident which required repairing. I was referred to Harwoods Accident Repair Centre to have the work carried out, but was very very disappointed with the work and the customer service – or lack of it. What seemed like routine work took over three weeks in the end to repair in the end, especially as I was quoted 3 days!! I only learnt of the delays to my car's repairs every time I rang them up as I never received a call from them. The staff were some what aggressive in their manner every time I rang...to the extent that I some how felt wrong in ringing. No real reason was given to the cause of the delays apart form the work looks more complicated than what was perceived during the initial inspection. The car is back now and the problems have not stopped there. The colour work done is a distinct different shade to the rest of the car body thus giving the impression that I replaced the panel myself from the scrap yard and there
