I will help you see how you are attached to old habits and will work with you to let go of these, meaning that you can live with a new vigor.

Training and Experience

I completed my professional training in 1995 and after enough clinical experience accredited for the first time with The United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy through the Karuna Institute in 2002. I studied and completed a Masters Degree in the same year.
I have worked in the Public and Private sectors with a wide range of problems with ages ranging from adolescents to those enjoying their retirement.
