I work in a client centred way allowing you your own autonomy using Psychodynamic, Mindful Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Emotional Freedom thechniques. all of which provides you with a rich divers therapy to work with. I am able to work with a wide range of issues including, Depression, Anger Management , Loss, anxiety ,stress, relationship problems and addiction I also have experience of working with children within the education system including dyslexia and ADHD.
