I am an experienced Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Psychotherapist and practice in Hastings. I offer a safe, non judgemental and confidential therapeutic relationship in which you can explore personal or difficult issues that may be causing you frustration or distress.

Anxieties and personal difficulties can be isolating and debilitating and it can be difficult to find someone to trust, who feels safe enough to help you in untangling difficult feelings, and who is not directly involved in your situation. Someone that can help you think about unhelpful relationship patterns, or support recovery from trauma or loss and help you feel your way through any number of complex and difficult situations so you do not feel so alone in it all.
