With no statutory regulation for the Counselling and Psychotherapy profession, anyone can set up in practice and this could leave the general public vulnerable.

People in need of support can use the register safe in the knowledge that it is run by professional practitioners who believe in appropriate training and continuing professional development as key factors in providing a safe

At CounsellorsUK we give you direct access to reputable and credible counselling and psychotherapy help.

Whilst it is not widely publicised, there is no statutory regulation for the Counselling and Psychotherapy profession, meaning anyone can set up in practice and this could leave you vulnerable.

We use symbols to make it easy for you to identify what specialisms, experience and training each practitioner has thus ensuring you can pick the counsellor best suited to your needs.
