Charm - I don't think so
Had full replacement windows and doors to 4 bed house several years ago. Every opening window and one door has now had to have draught excluder strip fitted. Completely disintered when I attempted to have a small window replaced under the 10 year FENSA guarantee because of a crack that appeared in the glass (not due to impact damage) In fact the only response from the proprietor was a rude and insulting phone call to my wife.
