Poor service
I booked a taxi through County Cars for Saturday evening. The taxi failed to turn up some 30 minutes after it was due. We chased the taxi up after 15 minutes to be told the car was close by, when it did not turn up after a further 15 minutes we cancelled the taxi and drove ourselves as we did not want to miss our restaurant booking. When asking County Cars for an explanation as to why the taxi had not turned up I was advised 'I do not need to explain to you, its Saturday night and lots of Christmas parties on' This is extremely poor customer service and I will ensure I do not use this taxi firm again and will ensure I tell as many people as possible. A simple phone call and an apology to advise the taxi would be considerably late would have rectified this issue.
